Olive & Sinclair Smoked Nib Brittle

Our Smoked Nib Brittle is made using Olive and Sinclair's chocolate cacao bean  “nibs” that have been smoked in Allan Benton’s prized smoked house in Madisonville, TN. Once immersed in Benton's signature smoke and encased in buttery brittle, they finish it off with a layer of 67% chocolate for a chocolatey, sweet, and smoky treat that won Southern Living's Food Award for "Best Confection".
