Local Delivery (Middle Tennessee)

Perfect for client gifts, event welcome boxes, birthdays, and “thinking of you” surprises close to home.

Where we deliver: Nashville, Brentwood, and Franklin metro areas. Hotels, homes, hospitals and businesses.
When we deliver: Weekdays during normal business hours.
Order cutoff: Same-day or next-day options may be available; choose your preferred delivery date at checkout.
Delivery fee: Calculated at checkout based on address; complimentary on select large/bulk orders.

Nationwide Shipping

We ship anywhere in the U.S., UK, Canada, and Mexico. Monday–Friday. Other international locations available via email orders.

Processing time: Most orders ship within 1–2 business days unless delayed shipping date requested at checkout.
Transit time: Typically 1–5 business days depending on destination and service selected at checkout.
Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on the way.
Preferred carrier: We have found UPS to be the most reliable for shipping times and package care. We also offer USPS and Fedex.
Multiple addresses: Sending gifts to a list? We can handle split-shipments and bulk address uploads—just reach out.

If a carrier delay occurs after pickup, we’ll help track and resolve issues. For damaged items in transit, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right.

In-Store Pickup (Free)

Pick up your order at a Made in TN location, fast and free.

How it works:

  1. Select In-Store Pickup at checkout. Nashville address must be used as "shipping address" for this option to become available.
  2. Choose your preferred store.
  3. We’ll email you when it’s ready (typically within 24–48 business hours).
  4. Bring your confirmation email to pick up.

If you need your order same day, please call the store after checkout and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
