Shipping policy

Orders ship in 1-3 business days unless delayed delivery date is specified.  During the Holiday peak, shipping and delivery times can vary. Some shipping providers are currently experiencing delays past their usual timeframe and neither they, nor we, can guarantee shipping times.  Our preferred shipping partner is UPS as we believe them to be the most reliable. We recommend that when shipping to destinations when the weather is above 75 degrees, that all chocolate is shipped with overnight or 2-day service.  Made in TN is not responsible for melted products due to longer shipping times, but does ensure everything is packaged to keep the products integrity within a 1-2 day ship time.  Please contact us with any specific questions.
