Chef Brandon Frohne isn’t just the head of an up-and-coming culinary products company; he’s also the former Executive Chef at Mason’s, located in Nashville’s storied Loews Vanderbilt Hotel. A fifth-generation chef, Brandon grew up in East Tennessee and has garnered great success and nationwide admiration for his culinary talents and creativity, including television appearances on the Food Network and media spotlights in Nation’s Restaurant News and Southern Living.
With Forage South, Brandon brings his favorite Southern staples to tables all around the country.
