Hot Sauce Nashville Sauces don’t shy away from heat or zing. With flavors like Hot Garlic, Hot Green!, and Hot Ginger, you can expect a splash (or a blast) of spice to keep you on your toes. These sauces feature extra-brief ingredient lists— that means no artificial flavors or preservatives watering them down. And, for each bottle sold, Hot Sauce Nashville provides a meal to someone in need via the Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee.
Husband and wife duo Chelsea and Chris Cheng first began experimenting with hot sauce as an expression of their love for finger licking good Nashville cooking. Both Nashville natives and verified foodies, Chelsea and Chris have traveled to over 100 farmers markets around the country and around the world, and created DLSH, an “online local food hub” for farmers, grocers, and food makers in Middle Tennessee.
Chelsea and Chris believe that farmer’s markets are the best way to get to know a city, its culture, and its people. With that in mind, creating their own hot sauce is their way of sharing a little bit of Nashville with their neighbors and friends. You can find their delicious sauces at markets all around Music City— just look for the bright red hot sauce truck.
We’re huge fans of Hot Sauce Nashville and always keep a selection of their best-sellers in stock. “Hot Green!” sauce is our favorite: a little spicy, with a nice tang that will keep you coming back for more. Powered by Bell, Jalapeno, and Serrano peppers with a touch of garlic and onion, this green sauce is bright and punchy, perfect for seafood, tacos, pork, and more. Bring a bottle to your next barbecue, or put it in a gift basket for your foodie friend. It becomes a staple in every kitchen it enters!

If you’ve spent any time in Music City, it seems the Spirit of Nashville posters and prints pop up just about everywhere, from restaurant walls and corporate lobbies to homes in every neighborhood in town. The Spirit of Nashville brand has become synonymous with the “it” city itself, serving as its unofficial calling card and celebrating Nashville’s diverse music history, arts culture, architecture, cuisine, and iconic attractions.
