Chef Alex Grainger is the genius behind Sweet Heat, the first sauce from his Music City Sauce company. He dreamt up this perfect little condiment to compliment the delectable pastries he was making at Little Moskos, the gluten-free Nashville Bakery he owns and operates with his wife, Lauren Moskovitz. It’s a local gem and one of our favorite stops for sandwiches and pastries. As soon as Sweet Heat hit the tables, bakery customers skipped the polite dips and started splashing this sauce all over everything, singing the praises of the rare sauce that can bring out the best flavors in everything without overpowering the dish. One thing led to another, and Alex started bottling and selling his magical creation.
