Porky’s Gourmet Foods’s signature line of barbecue sauces is all about a certain famous Lynchburg Tennessee Whiskey Brand. With a full spectrum of heat intensity and fun flavor twists like “Honey Maple,” “Apple Cinnamon,” and “Jalapeno Hot,” your creative barbecue possibilities are endless, infused with Jack Daniel’s Black Label Whiskey for bite and sweetness.

Before opening Porky’s Gourmet Foods, founders Ron and Linda Boyle were certified national and international barbecue champions. They traveled the world to enter competitions, tweaking their prize-winning concoctions to perfection before deciding to share their BBQ secrets with the world. The couple opened their family-run business in the mid 1990’s and have grown an international following for their specialty sauces, dry rubs, jellies, seasonings, salsas and more.

Based in Lynchburg, TN, Ron and Linda take great care to preserve the local heart of their brand even as they grow globally. Even as Porky’s pops onto more and more grocery shelves, the sauces and rubs still grace the folding tables and booths at local Tennessee farmers markets, general stores, and food shows. Despite counting more than 200 national and international awards under their belt, the brand and its founders never forget where they came from—and the local fans and markets that made them famous.
