Our brains are wired for fragrance, which makes candles and perfume the perfect companions for our favorite memories. For founder Steve Soderholm, discovering fragrances is as delicate and fun an art as mixing up a cocktail. Using natural and sustainable ingredients, each Ranger Station fragrance is original, balanced, and crafted with the intention to both ground and elevate you, wherever you may be.
Steve woke up to the power of scent upon return from a long leg of touring as a professional drummer. When he walked through his front door to greet his family, he was struck by the unmistakable, comforting smell of home. That subtle moment was a turning point for Steve, inspiring him to start crafting his own original scents evocative of his favorite places. From his childhood home of Minnesota North Woods to his chosen home of Nashville, TN, each scent is unique, complex, and inspired by the geography and spirit of spaces that have been important to him throughout his life.
All Ranger Station candles are poured and packaged in Nashville, TN. They even offer a Nashville fragrance with top notes of magnolia and pine, guaranteed to whisk you away to long summer nights around the fire, singing along to a six-string with friends old and new. Others, like the beloved Old Fashioned candle or Sandalwood + Bergamot, are inspired by the rich scents of nature. Ranger Station candles are a popular gift pick and home accent at many Nashville and Franklin boutiques.
Ranger Station’s unique whiskey glass candles make the perfect housewarming gift, bachelor party memento, or collectible indulgence for yourself.
